Hey Everyone sorry I haven’t been on since my surgery last Friday ( well Evan got on to check my e-mail/myspace for me ) but this is the first time I been on my self and I have Conan (Tex) to thank for that, he is letting me use his laptop before Aaron and he goes back to school today..anyways

So my Surgery was set for Thursday the 24th at 11am originally but the hospital and Tri-Care had a mix up with billing last year that they didn’t want to chance not getting paid right away again so my doctor had it changed to having it at MWCR were I wanted to have it in the first place anyhow cause they let you rest and recover unlike the cancer/heart/MWC surgery what ever the name is center , they send you home b4 the anastisia (sp?) wears off! lol Anyways. So surgery was moved to Friday the 25th at 1pm so I get there at 11:20 am and to find out it got pushed to 1:30 or 2 pm!! UGH It was so boring to sit and wait for hours! but after they got my IV and such started time went by pretty quick.. The Doctor showed up, anastisia(sp??) and the surgical nurse yada yada came in and we talked about what’s goin to go on b4 during and after like always and Then I find out that They no longer give you the calm you down.I don’t care meds ( IE verced ) until your in the operating area! but for good reason just in case something comes up b4 then , so anyways I asked for a nerve block to be put in my leg so that I don’t have to feel the pain so much after words, but this guy gave me the stats of how well it works..he said sometimes they do not numb the whole leg, sometimes only half of it or just the quads and it will do no good cause they are working on you from knee cap and below .. But I still went for it anyways..so I got wheeled off and he drew up all kinds of meds for the nerve block and my IV so he started to put a little of the calming meds in my iv a tiny push at a time to let it work in uniformly and then the gas they had me breath in I was hallucinating like none other OMG I thought I was in the video game Mario , you know the old school nintendo best game ever!?!?!! And I thought that was goin on for hours, but when they took the mask off of me to talk to me I said "wow how long was I out?:" And he said "oh you talking to Mario and Luigi for only 5 minutes lmao. So anyways he finally start the nerve block with tickled the hell out of me for God only knows why and then next thing I knew I was being wheeled off to the the O.R. bed and I remember saying "wow you guys are AWESOME!!!" lmao and then then they started the meds to put me to sleep and said "say night night Amy" I said wanna make a bet or watch this I can lift my arm" something like that and then I crashed lol

So then after waking up I was able to feel the lower half of my leg witch hurt like hell but they got that under control after a while,..and then in the 2nd recovery room the one you go in b4 goin home it was 5pm already and they gave me sprite and crackers to drink and eat so I don’t get sick..well it gave me killer heart burn and I begged for water or something for heartburn and they said they cant give me anything until the anasisaoligist (sp) guy comes back cause he has to do the meds part ..uhg.. so I talked them into water for the time being..well I got sick as hell and I puked and puked like none other and when they anasti (I’m not goin to botch that work again!) guy came back about 8pm he was sure I was going to be kept in the hospital for this but when he got a hold of the doctor he said after giving her some meds for heartburn and nausea she goes one hour doing fine no puking she can go home..so we did just that and I was home by 11pm on Friday! SHEW! Anyways

wow that was long..I been kinda dozing in and out of it writing this I’m just so tired and it hurts so darn much! I can’t get to the computer or anywhere but my bed or bathroom even though I’m on meds stronger than morphine..It’s still some killer pain! yes Tracy (mommysalomi) its diluadid lol

Anyways so last night the guys that came to stay over night last week to catch a flight to Nevada for a class trip came back last ngiht , they go to school with my brother Marc and since the airport is closer to here it was better to make the 20 min drive rather than the 4 hour drive so we let 3 students stay here which was "German" ( I cant remember his real name ) Conan (Tex) and Aaron .. but last night German went home with other students and Tex and Aaron came back here cause Aarons brakes or break line went out on them last week at out house so they stayed last ngiht cause they got in real late and there wasn’t enough light and everyone was tired so today Evan is helping them out with getting them fixed to go home safely (I hope so! ) ..crazy how They make me feel so old they are like 19/20 yrs old and Evan is goin to be 28 on Friday and I’m goin to be 24 shortly after that so I feel like a mother around them lol ..but I still look younger haha!

Well not to much else here going on..I’m just pretty bored ..but I probably shall sleep while I can I guess ..
